Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MuwakilDesk, a helpdesk and customer-support platform operated by Muwakil Software Solutions LLC ("Muwakil Software Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"), with a place of business at Amman, Jordan. By accessing or using MuwakilDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use License

Subject to these Terms, Muwakil Software Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use MuwakilDesk for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of MuwakilDesk except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by applicable law
• Remove proprietary notices from the platform or documentation
• Use MuwakilDesk in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Service Description

MuwakilDesk provides cloud-based helpdesk, ticketing, omnichannel inbox, workflow, and related customer-support tools. Muwakil Software Solutions LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your MuwakilDesk workspace. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.

Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from your workspace billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Data and Privacy

Your use of MuwakilDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how Muwakil Software Solutions LLC collects, uses, and protects personal data.

Intellectual Property

MuwakilDesk, its software, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by Muwakil Software Solutions LLC and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muwakil Software Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of MuwakilDesk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MuwakilDesk if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time subject to your subscription terms.

Changes to Terms

Muwakil Software Solutions LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of MuwakilDesk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
