Refund & Cancellation

Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid MuwakilDesk subscriptions and add-ons sold by Muwakil Software Solutions LLC. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.

How to Cancel

You can cancel auto-renewal from your MuwakilDesk workspace under Administration → Accounts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that date unless we are required by law to do otherwise.

Refunds

Subscription and add-on fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for unused time in the current period, except where required by applicable law (including any cooling-off or consumer-protection rights that apply to you) or where Paddle, as Merchant of Record, approves a return. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly using the details below so we can review it with Paddle.

Plan and Seat Changes

Downgrades and seat reductions apply from the next billing date. There is no credit or refund for the remainder of the current period when you reduce seats or change to a lower plan, except where required by law.
